  • TNGE is looking for a motivated and detail-obsessed working student to support influencer marketing across some of the world’s most exciting beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands.


    You’ll shape creator campaigns that convert, not just look pretty, across Germany, Scandinavia and the UK. Real impact. Real buzz.

    What you will do:

    • Research and source relevant creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

    • Own influencer outreach, negotiation, briefing and tracking

    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics and pull actionable insights

    • Work across Google Suite and AI tools to keep things sharp and fast

    • Stay up to date on regional creator trends and emerging voices in beauty + wellness

    You are:

    • A student enrolled in a university program in marketing, communications, media or something totally different that just makes sense

    • Highly analytical and performance-driven: you love digging into what works and what doesn’t

    • A natural relationship builder who communicates clearly and with energy

    • Obsessed with social and cultural trends in beauty and lifestyle

    • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and holds yourself to a (very) high standard

    • Proactive, organised and fully fluent in German and English

    • Comfortable working remotely and independently

    • Ready to commit 15-20h per week as soon as possible

    Bonus if:

    • You have prior experience in a marketing or creator-related role
